I'm really enjoying the heater. My gas bill from this past month was $22 (as I do sometimes have to turn it on before I can get the morning fire built). I ordered one of your 124,000 btu units about 1-2 months ago, and just wanted to tell you how impressed I am. It's freezing cold out, there's about a foot of snow on the ground, and my heat is completely turned off. With 2 of the 3 blowers on it keeps the whole house warm. Thank you - everything is working great! Your setup is 100x better than Hasty solutions. I have it in the basement fireplace where the basement is 2,300 sq. feet. It keeps the whole basement at a cozy 72 degrees and with no smoke in the room. Where the hasty solutions filled the room with smoke, manifold leaked air, the wires in the manifold melted and the dimmers "high" setting is the only one that worked- Dewey (165K)

I received everything last night and would like to thank you. I fired it up and it really blows the heat. It is built like a tank compared to the Northline Express one I sent back (a 4 pipe 160 cfm unit from that I burned 3 nights and it just didn't cut it - smoke didn't flow correctly and the blower was not sufficient ). It’s the greatest thing since sliced bread! My fires are nowhere near as hot and roaring, yet I get many times more heat out of each fire. I also use much less wood, perhaps 2/3 less wood. I am amazed how in 15 minutes our living room, dining room and kitchen are warm. Also, because of its design I am able to put up my screen and the hot air blows through it. - Seth (165K)

I ordered one of your fireplace furnaces last year and it works great. I have a 1900 sq ft house and two blowers heats the whole upstairs including the back bedroom - Julia (80K, pre-fab 82K)
We were both impressed by the incredibly solid construction of the fireplace furnace, the large diameter pipes, and the sheer amount of air provided when all four blowers are running. Our living room is probably 20 x 30 feet with very high ceilings. With all of the blowers on and a good fire or ember bed going, the output of hot air coming out and rising in the room is enough to make the ceiling fan rotate at a speed faster than its own slow setting. Pretty amazing. It takes the temperature up from below 60 to a toasty 71 or 72 in no time at all. It was (amazingly in this day and age) exactly as advertised and, to be truthful, better than I expected. In any case, it's kept us warm all winter. It snowed here last night (latest and most snowfall this late in the year in Oregon in many years), so we cranked up the fire and turned the furnace on as soon as we got home. The house went from about 58 degrees to 70 degrees within an hour. Thanks again for the great product. - Jeff (165K)
I received the heater a couple of days ago and fired up the unit that night at 9:00 pm when the outside temp was low 40s and my thermostat at 67. Bu 9:30 it was up to 70 degrees and at 10:30 it was up to 73 degrees. AMAZING! My old grate heater (cozy) would have taken about 3-4 hours and tons of wood to do the same. I am very interested in purchasing another blower shortly to increase the heat even more. - Harvey (82K)

WOW!!!! The unit jacked out the heat (My wife loves the thing). Raised the temp in the room 10F in an hour and that was with 2 doors open to the rest of the house. Eventually raised the temp at the other end of the house 3degF. That's even more amazing when I only burned 10 logs in 5 hours. - Andrew (82k)

Wow! We are quite pleased as we have gotten used to using the unit and getting the embers going for great heat. It generates really good heat. In fact, it was so warm my wife asked me to turn it down. You could have been in shorts and a t-shirt at that point. I never expected it to do this well. We received the heater today and am enjoying trying it out. It is currently 24 degrees F where we are. Indoors, my house is 64 degrees....with my gas furnace turned off completely! We are very satisfied with the grate. Once the fireplace heats up, we are getting a great amount of heat blown through our house. We have an open floor plan in our downstairs (about50x28) and using the grate for a few hours heats the downstairs a good 5 degrees warmer. We've been able to really use the grate this weekend and it works great! We used it for long periods of time and were able to bring the living room up to 81F after a few hours of running (40F outside)! The heat also propagated to the adjacent rooms with the help of some small fans and they also got to 71F. So, overall we are very happy with the grate! Cesar (160K- pre-fab)
